Periodization and load management
Cycles and load control, written before the first session.
One progression that develops both qualities, with the conflicts between them decided in advance instead of discovered in week six.

Intake, then an assessment that names the limiting factor, then the written programme. From there the plan is executed by the athlete or their staff and reviewed at the cadence set in the proposal.
A first programme is normally written for a block of eight to sixteen weeks, because below eight weeks there is no progression to manage.
Athletes who have to lift and also run, ride, row or swim, and anyone whose strength work and endurance work were written by two different sources.
Cycles and load control, written before the first session.
Reports and protocols for internal use.
Training that develops strength and endurance inside the same programme rather than in separate seasons. It is what the market usually calls hybrid training. The work is in sequencing the two so that each keeps progressing and neither is quietly sacrificed.
Not by itself. The interference effect is real but its size depends on the modality, the proximity of the sessions and the total load. Adaptations compete when sessions are placed badly, the load exceeds the recovery available, or the phase has no stated priority. All three are planning problems.
A template cannot know your training history, your week, your equipment or your injuries, and it cannot change its mind when the block does not go as written. If a generic plan is still producing progress, keep following it. Planning earns its fee at the point where it stops.
The log is read before every scheduled review, against the plan it was supposed to follow, and the amendment is written with the reason for it. That is the whole service. There is no automatic progression that runs regardless of what happened.
Small corrections happen at the review cadence agreed in the proposal, usually fortnightly or monthly for an individual and at phase boundaries for a squad. The structure of the block itself is meant to survive the block, otherwise it was never a plan.
If the question is specific to your situation, it is faster to ask it directly than to look for it here. Describe the goal and the week you have.
Describe the goal, the horizon and the week you actually have. We reply with whether we are the right fit and what a proposal would cover.
We read every enquiry ourselves. You get a straight answer about whether we are the right fit, and if we are, a written proposal with the scope, the fee and the schedule for your engagement.
Nothing is charged through this website, and there is no account to create. If we are not the right fit we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
