About APEC

APEC LLC is a training-planning practice. We write, document and review the plans that other people execute.

What we do

We design concurrent training programmes, structure periodization and load management across the horizon a client actually has, audit and support the methodology of coaching staff who plan in house, and produce the technical documentation an organisation needs to keep running a method after an engagement ends.

How we work

The work is remote and documented. An engagement produces a written programme with its reasoning, a review cadence agreed in advance, and amendments recorded in the same document. Execution belongs to the athlete or to their own coaching staff.

What we do not do

We do not sell body-composition outcomes or timelines for looking different. We do not diagnose, treat or advise on medical conditions. We do not publish client identities, and we do not make performance claims we cannot substantiate.

The entity

APEC LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Enquiries and all correspondence go to info@apecfitness.com.

Tell us what you are training for

Describe the goal, the horizon and the week you actually have. We reply with whether we are the right fit and what a proposal would cover.

Do not send health or medical records through this form. Anything clinical is handled separately, under a service agreement.

Or write directly: info@apecfitness.com

What happens next

We read every enquiry ourselves. You get a straight answer about whether we are the right fit, and if we are, a written proposal with the scope, the fee and the schedule for your engagement.

Nothing is charged through this website, and there is no account to create. If we are not the right fit we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.

What it takes to start

  • A horizon of at least eight weeks. Below that, a plan is a schedule, not a progression.
  • A willingness to record sessions, honestly, including the ones that did not happen.
  • Medical clearance where a condition, an injury or a long layoff makes it appropriate.
  • A realistic statement of available days, hours and equipment, not the ideal week.

Fitness coaching and training planning are educational and performance oriented. They are not medical care, and no particular result is guaranteed.
